Post a pic of your CMVS, AES, NGCD if you customized it. I know the n00bs want some ideas as to what they can do with a PCB, money and some time. Also post any updates if you added anything recently.

I recently added an inline fuse to my CMVS which should have been done a long time ago. Thank god nothing happened before I did. I also updated my power LED which was 2 blue ones pointing at the cart slot to illuminate the cart which worked OK but I wanted something a little more noticable.

Here a shot fron the front, you can see the small 3mm LED:

Here is a little darker shot so you can see the color of the LED:

I also added a test button which was a great idea, now I can play windjammers with 90 second matches:

I am going to be building another CMVS but with a more "antique" look to it. I also am debating if I should OC the one I am going to build. Also I am going to try and install something to make it unique.

Unfortunately I cant get these cases anymore. I can walk you through the build if you want to, that way you can save a crap load of money making it yourself.

Wow those Garou wings are so clean, who took time to redraw them so sexy :P

I do like the spacing on the controller ports though. Makes more sense, like an old Genesis.

The garou image you made is solid, you don't by chance have one with the brackets and kanji do you?

Isn't that case just another enclosure of the Hammond 1455 series?

Got any pics of it? This is made of aluminum and is anodized black.

Hammond's 1455 enclosures are made of aluminum and can come clear anodized (traditional silver look) or anodized black. They come in various sizes:

I'm pretty sure yours is another run-of-the-mill anodized black Hammond 1455 enclosure.

Excuse the noobnes, but what is the purpose of the inline fuse, and where do you install it?

You install it inline of your power line. I would rather burn a fuse than fry a board that I spent hours doing and having to redo it if there is ever a surge that can fry the board.

The fuse holder is about $1-2 and the fuses are about 30 cents each.
