That total sucks...I had never talk to him, but that is sad. And that's also one less neo friend in the neo community. crying

God....damn. :( One love to SNK4EVER and all of his family. I may not have known him as well as others on the forum, but we, as neo gamers for the most part, do care about one another. Wherever you may be, keep a controller/joystick ready for me so we can get our game on someday. As his screen name states, SNK........4.......EVER!

I didn't know Steve well either, but from his posts he seemed like a great guy. Truly a sad loss for his family, friends, and this community as well. He'll certainly be missed here by the many people he touched. I'll say a prayer for him and for his family in this difficult time. crying

Crossing the Bar

Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,

But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.

Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;

For though from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crossed the bar.

-Lord Alfred Tennyson

Godspeed, Steve.

So one journey ends and another begins.

Good luck wherever you are. I'm sure your new journey will bring much satisfaction and adventure.

I know I hardly ever spoke to you, but I'm sure we'll meet again and you'll have lots to teach me.

Have fun.

Woah, 22 is way too early to go.
I never spoke to him directly but I remember being piqued by his "Fatal '58 Fury" flaming car sig. Kinda ironic... A little numbing to realise that we wouldn't see him post any longer.

This thread he started nearly exactly a year ago sums up what a sweet fellow he seems and how he viewed this online community as more than just digital media.

I'm very touched by this sad sad fact, as I had myself a vary bad car accident last year and I barely escaped death. :(

I didn't knew Steve that well, but he surely seemed a a good guy to me.

So farwell Steve, you'll be surely missed down here, and I deeply hope you'll going to find some nice NG cabs to play up there. crying

My deepest respect to you and your family.

I didn't know SNK4EVER/Steve well, but what I had seen showed a real quality guy. It's always sad to lose someone, and doubly so when so young.

It's obvious from the thread here that Steve touched a lot of people on this board, and made a difference, even by just typing into the ether for others to see. His ability to touch people in a positive way, even through something as impersonal as a BBS is testament to his good nature.

I will certainly miss having you here, Steve, wherever it is that you are reading this. Just know that a lot of people have taken notice of your absence and will miss your presence here.

SNK4EVER, bro'...in the afterlife, the MVS is always set to free play. Enjoy. :)

I really don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. Steve was a great poster on the boards, and well respected by everyone that posted here with him, or talked to him in chat. The news makes me feel awful, I can't even begin to imagine how his family feels. My condolances, and those of everyone on these boards go to the Howarth family.

I never met him, or even talked to him, but sometimes he would post something and I would either totally agree or just think it was a well-written post. This is truely terrible, and I wish the best for his family.

My deepest sympathies go out to the family and personal friends of Steve. My take on him was that of an honest, well gounded, active member of these forums. He was apart of the fabric that help make this bulletin board a GREAT place to gather . I am glad I had the opportunity to deal with him on a few occassions because the pleasure was all mine.
Whether you knew him, knew of him or did'nt know him at all, believe me when I state
SNK4EVER will be sorely missed.

SNK4EVER, a excellent dealer and a over all good person. I really cant say in words how I truly feel, I will truly miss this guy. Deep down I feel shaken. SNK4EVER will live on in my heart 4EVER.

Unlike some other members. he was always a outgoing person and was good to those around him.
I wish him and his parents the best in all things.
SNK4EVER Rest in peace, nobody can ever count the number of people who will miss you.
