My dogtag Fatal Fury 1 has a beat to hell manual, this game might have been an ex-rental. Replacing the manual would take away from the dirty cigarette smoke-filled family VHS rental store it came from.

Beware, though. I ordered a manual in English and got one in Japanese. Manual was high quality though.
