Good deal for NGPC on eBay?

Is this a good deal or should I be concerned about something fishy?

If you just want to play the games, the cart only stuff is ok. Thing to watch out for is, they may be Japanese carts, and some of them don't have the English language option, so if you can't read Japanese, you may be stuck with some game that you'll have insurmountable obstacle to play. It's hard to tell just from the pictures on that listing 'cos the resolution isn't high enough to tell for sure.

If it's from videogamesupply or video warehouse then its mostly japanese ones.

I majored in Japanese in college (though I'm a little out of practice), so that'd be fine by me even if most were in Japanese.
