advance wars DS insert

does anyone have a hi-res version of the insert for this game? i recently bought it used from gamestop and it came without an insert or manual. and i would like to rebuild that (for lack of a better word) and if anyone has the insert i'd be much obliged.

Hey I've got the insert in my game. My PC is busted at the moment (posting from work), but when its back up again, I'd be happy to scan it for ya.
