Those are fully legit carts.
Sadly some arcade vendors relabelled them to make them appear like new titles to be sold in Enada back in the days.
They ripped off legit bang bead and blazing star labels replacing it with fake labels.
trashed the minis as well since you were able to read the correct name of the game from them.

I have the very cart and box in that picture now (same numbers, and punch mark on the front of the box). My brother bought it from the guy who won that auction you listed. Paid less for it too. I'm probably going to relabel them with labels from billd420. The "Bang Progress" labels honestly don't look any better than Bill's. They look pasted on.
