One more reason why I hate to make a series of deals on the net. I always try to keep it simple, buyer or seller. You rack up so many responibilities and you never know when that laziness disease will hit or whatnot.

I did a transaction with him about 2 months ago and he was fine.

(I made him ship out the games FIRST, then, upon arrival, I paid him in full)

Bad trader? He used to be an excellent seller/trader and disgrace those thieves....

Man, this sort of thing really bites. I've been ripped off a few times over the years. Once on Gametz and once with a person I "thought" I knew as we worked the same boards for a few years together only to have him basically steal a NEW Panzer Dragoon Saga from me. Its been over three years and still no payment. He was to send me payment when I sent the item. I normally do not do that with a cash transaction but since we "knew" each other I thought it was safe. Wrong!

Then there was an employee at Virgin Games that almost took me for over $600 in exchange for several classic video game items. He had a new excuse almost every week for 3 months then he stopped replying to my email. I spent 6 months tracking him. I ended up contacting his employer and got his office number. I called him out of the blue and he suddenly became cooperative. I did receive many of the items. He could not find some stuff so he sent me a few substitutions.

The other involved a "gang" of thugs that hung out on Gametz all located in the Pottstown, PA area. That was pretty sick stuff. The main dude used the name of his dead Uncle, had the games shipped to a housing project to an old lady that was wheelchair-bound, then he or one of his members would lurk around waiting for the postman to deliver the goods at the address and would offer to take them upstairs to the lady. It was a sick scam. Later, they threatened a little kid that lived with the old lady to accept the items for them or they'd mess him up. I was able to contact a few relatives, the local Post Office, the old lady and a few accociates that tried to rip me off as well. The Post Office did nothing even though I had used delivery confirmations. According to one individual, the fellow in question was a 20 something loser that stayed with his ant and lurked the streets at night - he threatened to hurt one of the informants that I contacted. I must have spent 4 months tracking the guy using various methods available on the Internet and by calling folks in Pottstown. He eventually dropped off the map to parts unknown. Oh, sorry for the flashback man.

This does belong here and if you read back a month or so. You'll find another bad report on Wing Zero. Sorry Jung, Like Larry, I too have been ripped off by some asshole in Hong Kong once before.

If you knew the situation Rade, Id say you'd have a right to say something like that. But you dont, so please shut the fuck up. As for You LS, your refund was just sent, I didnt have access to the web to paypal you.
Also, everyone else's refunds were sent as well.

So, heres the story so everyone knows what really happened.

I posted the games for sale, yes. While in the middle of the transactions and getting ready to send, I had family problems in KC. Basically, My grandmother, dyin of cancer.

I went up there to be with my family because the doctors were saying that this was it. And, it was.....

Well. While I was gone, I am assuming that someone I knew, or who had talked to someone, broke into my house, and basically took anything, electronic, games systems included. This included the neo games.
The reason I was selling this was to help people here, and make a a lil profit, not much.

I was gonna use the money to pay some bills. which I did. So, needless to say, I didnt have automatic refunds for everyone, took me a few days to get it.

so theres the story u wanna bad mouth me some more fine......but theres the truth
