First, stop smoking so many friggin cigs. That shit will kill you more than anything else. I smoke too, but like a pack in 2 days, you are insane for smoking as much as you do. Not only does that effect your health, but overall appearence as well, and of course smoking like that will make you smell bad.
Second, its good that you want to aquire a better body. But steroids is NOT the fucking way. I'll let you in on a little secret. The biggest, and safest thing that will give you more weight and muscle is...FOOD!!!
I used to weigh 125 lbs. I was malnutrioned as I was growing up, meaning I didnt eat as much as I should have and always felt eating was a chore.
I also hated looking all skinny and weak, so last summer, as I was in Pakistan for vacation I made a resolution to do something about my body.
Since I was going to have free time for a while, I made myself sign up at the local gym which was like a min walk away from where I stayed for the 4 months I was there. What I did that really helped me out was I took these pills.
A couple a day before sleeping which created exxagerrated hunger. I ended up eating like 8 times a day. That along with working out really worked on me.
I now weigh 160 lbs+. And have strech marks all over my body where muscle and mass grew. My point is you DON'T need steroids. What you need is FOOD, and a good amount of it for your workout to really benefit you. The only reason I took these hunger causing pills was that I already had a habit of not eating much from poor eating habits from growing up. What I recommend for you to do is just make sure you eat at least 5 or 6 times a day along with a great workout routine and you should do fine. And also, after you have gained satisfactory mass, it will be time for you to show off defination and then it will be time to do aerobic excercise as well as working out regularly. Believe me, if you don't have much to offer as much as a personality goes that attracts women, your looks is the only thing you have left, so yes work out and EAT!
And also NOTE: the only reason I did something as unnatural as taking something to feel more hunger is that like I mentioned I had very, very bad eating habits and I just couldnt force myself to eat more than 3 or 4 times a day. So I had to do something as extreme as taking a pill to accommodate. The pills were safe tho as a family member had a similar problem and I saw get huge and just overall looking healthy. You can probably eat 5 or 6+ times a day no problem since you have time on your hands and are tall as it is. So DO IT. And if you want LOTS of mass, eat 8+ times a day. I'm telling you. It works, as long as you work out so your not just getting fat.
Third, after getting positive results, you will feel much better about yourself and this will happen naturally. Take a couple flattering pictures of yourself, and find sites that people post their pics and try to meet other people. Since you are not a good socialiser and inexperienced, this is a better route to start rather than trying to pick up dumb ass bitches at Starbucks. Sure there will be dumbass bitches on these sites as well, but at least out of the 500 chicks that look up your pics, maybe 5 or 10 will message you or return your messages.
Fourth, tell your frickin mom to lay OFF! I have nothing against staying with parents, as that is the way I was brought up, and rent is a big waste of money, you need to tell her that you are a MAN now and she simply needs to accept that so you can do what all other MEN are doing. Going out without having to worry about if their mother will call them any minute or waiting for them on the doorstep or calling 911 cuz you were out of the house for more than an hour.
The only reason I am trying to help you is that I was in a similar situation like yours, meaning always had trouble with women and not being able to get along with them, but I have come to learn that many if not most are just as superficial as we are. So you have to make some sacrifices and gain confidence no matter what and adapt ways/lifestyles/way of thinking that appeals to them.
What I also recommend is finding a job somewhere. That is a great place to meet and make female friends.
