Will you deal with KS until he refunds Laurent?

[yes] [no]

if you said yes, you have judged. If you said no, you have judged.

So let's stop this bulshit about "you have no right to judge" or "you shouldn't judge" because neither of us are mindless slaves, bred never to think on our own. We think, and therefore we judge.

I will not do business with Ralph Karels unless the most delicate care is taken. That is my judgement on the matter. As for Chris, I'll leave that as a communication problem with Babelfish, as he later on agreed that Ralph did something really bad.

Actually without knowing about this shit I had a deal with Ralph during that time and got not disappointed by him. I know that he is always looking for toooo profitable deals, but a swindle of that outrage is definatly not his style, that´s why I am surprised, indeed!

What I tried to say is you can not say Chriz is involved, because he just bid on an auction! Okay maybe the auction looks fake, but you can not be sure that this was planned by both.

In case of Ralph I agree that he should immediatly refund the money. But I also agree Buhamat should not have started this fuck that early. It is true that Ralph is very busied and often not at home!

This is all very strange!

It seemed like Bahamut waited a long time for a response of any kind, and after all his waiting, his patient waiting I might add, Ralph says that he has no responsibility on the issue, and that Bahamut should complain to his father (who's everyone suspects, is none other than an alias for Ralph to scam with). If bahamut waited any longer, it would look like the kind of guy who has an item for a month and then wants to return it for a full refund - no one would go through with it. Bahamut had to act fast, and I think he did the right thing.

Other scammers beware. People don't want to take it up the ass.

Right, but in one case Ralph is right. If your not sure about the authenticity of an item and

IF YOU DO NOT GET A RESPONSE, SIMPLY DO NOT BID.

The fact that Bahamut bids on this doubtful auction shows his own greed.

Of course, who would not fall for a MS1 AES US offered for a "nice price"! And that´s definatly not an excuse for your own greed.

Bahamut just wanted to win the auction no matter if it was faked or not. Otherwise somebody else could have had the risk to win a fake or a very cheap MS1.

Of course, this is also not an excuse for Ralph stubborn behavior, but this austion´s outcome is a very good example of people´s greed.

They see MS1, propably US AES, for sale, very cheap and you got their full attention.

"Greed" is a weakness indeed. It make you negligent and careless.

Bahamut for bidding so rashly on this auction and Ralph, who will loose some friends and his reputation if he keeps that stubborn. BTW has he still not refund the money?

If Ralph refunded, we would all know.

By the way, the point of how officially that cart was present has been made. Moreover, no bootlegs are allowed on Ebay. :p

True, but often offered there!

I saw many of them! But they were declared as such so you needn´t mail the seller for info!

So following your argumentation Chriz would
be also a greedy person?

I am not in the position to judge but the least
someone can say about this deal is that it is
shady.

Well the one thing I learned from this story is
that I will not trust anyone anymore.
If I have a future deal with someone I will ask if
his game is:
original
a conversion
NGFreaked Cart
complete
functional
not covered with shit
etc. etc.

PS Is the german NeoGeo meeting still possible?
You wrote something about serious things you had
to handle at the moment, or did I get it wrong?
I wonder.
Hope it will not be canceled.

Isn´t everybody sometimes a little bit greedy???

If you´ve found an item on eBay, like Bahamut and i did!
I´ve seen lots of offers, you can´t discover, if it´s real, a conversation or fake.
Most i´ll get more information about it, after i´ve asked the seller.
In these special-case, i haven´t got an answer from the seller, known as KS-Dad.

Just think about it one more time, that item looks like an OG US Metal Slug 1, for around $1600,00!
US MS1 are nearly impossible to find at time. So that item looks like a real cheap deal.
I´ll thank god, that Bahamut have bidden more thant me, even in the last 2 seconds.
I won´t have his probs now, to get his money back.

BTW Ralph refund him the money, even if that guy is Bahamut!!! ;)

You cant as long as this shitty Price Guide exist and is consulted by anyone, especially those who wanna raise the prices with the help of overdone auctions.

You spoke to him personally, therefore it's not fraud? That does not follow.

I really don't see how anyone can argue for KS right now. Perhaps we should review the messages that KS wrote in reply to Bahamut? I think it's pretty clear that this constitutes fraud. No matter what excuses you try and come up with, this is morally wrong. And one more little detail.... it's legally wrong. I'm sure this'll all get straightened out the way it should though, whether KS voluntarily returns the money or not.

I am not argueing for or against anybody, I am not covering anybody, I am not insulting anybody and am neither justify nor defending anything!

In fact I contacted Ralph in order to convince him that the longer he waits till "refunding", the worse it is gonna get for him, since many people will turn their backs on him!

And this can not be the way it ends!

Hey would you also help me?

See we have maybe 2000 members!

Take a quarter of them makes 500 x 10 $ = 5000 $

That would be my Kizuna Encounter!
