Hey.. maybe KS did ask you to bid up his auction..really does'nt matter..friends do favors for friends,pals do favors for pals or whatever.
KS did'nt even come to your defense which leads me to believe he's a piece of garbage! He had time to admit scamming and stating NO REFUND but he did'nt clear YOU CHRiZ-77..KS really left you hanging...I guess he wanted you to share some of the blame but it was not YOU who mailed the counterfeit game it was KS..To blame you whether you participated in that auction or not is WRONG.
KyoKugen Star is the ONLY ONE responsible and the ONLY TARGET...and for him not to speak on @ least your behalf just demonstrates what a COWARD he is...

Yopu should try Ontrack Easy recovery with your crashed disk put into another computer, it usually recover most files.
