This has turned into a flame fest really quickly hasn't it? To think this entire thing started from someone asking about a gold sticker on a cartridge..... Personally I don't really care where it came from whether it be SNK, Apple Photo Systems, !Arcade! or any one else doesn't matter, as long as a new release comes out for the Neo-Geo I'm happy. Perhaps its because I'm really more of a gamer then a collector.......

That is the combined tracking info for 42 cases of (Well, 41 2/3) English MS3. Sheer coincidence that Shawn is in Memphis, and the SNK is in Osaka?

Where is the proof, your word? I am sorry, that is not enough now going against Shawn. Post something that shows beyond a doubt that this is all a lie. DSD & Ill say Apple is making MS3.

I also asked them about Sengoku 3 and i understood corretlt he said denshi something Sengoku 2 bla bla Sengoku 3 US.

OK, in order for this batch of MS3's to come from Apple, it would have meant that Shawn ordered empty boxes to be shipped from Osaka, Japan to Memphis, USA for the sole purpose of perpetrating a fraud on his buyers. Do any of us believe that's what happended?

Illicious, c'mon man. We've done business together and I know you are only trying to do what you see as right and are standing by what you believe your heart to be the truth. But look at the facts. Shawn got a big shipment driectly from Osaka to Memphis. That's fact. It cannot be denied that these boxes were shipped. Could the boxes be empty or fakes in some way? Sure, but do you really believe that to be the case? I certainly don't.

The conversations and email interactions I have had with Shawn give me no reason to doubt the fact that these items are directly from Osaka, to Memphis to me. And let's not forget, when it comes to Sengoku 3, there are NEW japanese carts and NEW English carts being released at the SAME TIME. Unless Apple has a factory in Osaka and is making all of those secretly and in SNK's back yard, I'm inclined to believe those are legit too.

The facts coupled with circumstantial evidence leave little doubt as to the legitimacy of these items. I know your goal is to help Neo buyers know what they are getting. There seems little to no evidence that these items are coming directly from Apple.

Feel free to pick apart my argument, but I think it stands up pretty well given the information that is out there.

well its kind of hard to believe that what ive heard is wrong,im only passing along what ive heard through various ppl in and around snk...what i heard was that apple was paid by shawn,for slug 3 and sengoku 3...that would kind of explain the neo.com only exclusive shit,that would explain why snk japan knows nothing,but apple is confirming....and if im correct apple does have places in japan.....anyway i dont give a shit period,my only concern is voiceing what ive heard to the real neo hardcore and i believe it...
