So, he spent $400/cart, and is selling them for $285. That is a $115/cart loss, or a total loss of $57500.

OK ILL I think you owe Shawn and everyone on this site an apology. I just called Apple Photo Systems in NY (718-655-0404) and spoke to Bob Douglas there. He confirmed that the English Metal Slug 3 home cartridge IS official, and IS being EXCLUSIVELY handled by www.neo-geo.com . He said any sales must go through that site.

Yeah I can totally understand and respect your point of view. In regards to some brick walls I was finally able to speak to someone I met who had dealt with NGF and finally got a clus as to what I was referring to abotu Dion.
I.E. He got a freaked game and didn't know it was until I made mention of the fake label on the lower lefthand bottom of the insert with Dion's fakeazz URL for his site.

There is a critial point in which a lot of Japanese game companies are at fault for.
They almost never know what versions of said games came out unless you actually find someone who gave a damn.
A perfect example was the embaressment of the President of Square of Japan. he was interviewed by NextGen and when they made mention of the U.S. Final Fantasy IV *aka II on the Snes*
The President said at that time that IV never came out in the U.S. which of course every and ANY gamer worth his salt knows it came out here as Final Fantasy II.
Visco games I recently found out awhile back is also at fault. There are games out not even listed on their site and people who work there were not even sure what games came out when or where.
It's a sad state but I feel that the U.S. Slug 3 is 100% legit. ApplePhoto Systems has an OFFICIAL SNK LICENSE in the U.S. Not Dion folks but ApplePhoto System.
