    Portuguese soccer league?

How is it? How would you compare it to the other big leagues (Premiership, La Ligua, ...) ? I saw the pre-season matches of Benfica Vs Chelsea and Sporting Vs West Brom and I was impressed even though they weren't "important" games.

ps What to you think of Figo's transfer to Inter?

    Nah.

    There aren't more than 4 - 5 teams IMHO.

It's always Porto , Benfica, Sporting, Boavista and one outsider.

I have seen the first half Benfica against Juventus, they played horribly. Koeman has to fucking make up his mind. If he wants an attacking team , he has first to take out a Def.midfielder ( 3 are too much ) .

As for Figo Inter's presence , I guess it's a good addition for the italians.

Real Madrid ( wich I like a lot ) is nothing short of a circus as of late. They have a dumbshit mindless coach and they only hire strikers. They're again in deepshit.

Yes...I'm not a Inter supporter , but see Figo in Serie A against my team will be very nice..., just wondering how many Figo's t.shirts Inter football club will sell ...

Luxemburgo seems to have his mind set on a Brazilian take over of Real Madrid. I feel sorry for Owen though.

@Tomcat: What is your team? Juve? Milan?

    Sampdoria uh ?

I remember that great Lombardo 91-92 Team.

Ronald Koeman shot was just unstopabble. Samp would have won on the P.Kicks for sure.

What do you think of Udinese ?

I think they will beat Sporting for the 3rd round C. League.

    It's still dubious.

Not that Sporting are losers, but because italians are always the strongest when they need to defend.

    LOLOLOLOLOL !!!!

What did I told you ?

But yeah to be honest, It wasn't penalty kick. the foul was outside the box.
But It's well done that should make them shut their fucking mouths before winning hehehehehehh

I reckon Udinese was lucky though. But I'm happy coz tomorow I'll make fun of my Sporting mates

Well the World Cup Qualifiers are coming up tomorow and I was wondering if any of you have tried watching the games live with pplive. I don't have cable tv and bars are charging ridiculous prices for entry. I haven't tried the program yet but I've only read good things about it.

We're one victory short for qualification

If we beat Russia again ( 7-1 on the first match ) we'll be there along with Germany ( hosts ), Ukraine ( 1st Euro qualified team ) and Argentina.

    AHAH !

They're about as good ( or worse ) than any Serie C team.

They're just lucky enough to have reached the cup final, wich granted them a spot in the UEFA cup.

    Sampdoria will squeeze them.
