new HOMEBREW-NGCD-GAME - 1st release!

Nice work. I burned it and played it for a little while on my CDZ earlier today. I like the voice samples. The ship moves pretty fast, but I got used to it pretty quickly. Adding a speed select using the select button or D button would be great. Keep up the good work.
