Anyone seen any limited edition DS's yet over in US or Japan?

This was put on the Europe VIP site yesterday and has already shifted 1100 units so far :eek:

Im a little tempted but I've already bought US one and will have Mario and Metroid Demo already.. you think it'll be worth getting? I havent seen any other ones yet, although its a standard DS with a different box bundle its limited to 3000.

Hmm.. Tempted..

I'm tempted by this, although I already have a DS with Mario.. Its a pretty good deal considering that the DS will retail at £99.99 and Mario at £29.99, although the "ltd ed" part is just a sticker on the box and a T-shirt..

Give it about 6 months to a year and all DS's will be limited edition.

Personally, I think I'll hold out for the black DS before I even consider buying another.

Nintendo seems to like bright colors. I'm sure by next X-Mas they'll have DS' out in several colors. I'd sell mine to get a red one for sure. That black one looks slick though.
