Now most of these gaming magazines such as Gamepro, PSM, EGM, Tips & tricks, aren't actually good at makin' tier list, this one was however decent but I found a few errors in it for SVC CHAOS
Geese & Zero are god tier (of course)
So is Orochi Iori cause of his stupid speed
Tessa cause of her unblockable and
Chun-Li cause of her kick ass super move combos
They put TErry in mid tier WTF!?!?!?!
Goenitz was top tier, but they atced like he was more of a bottom tier.
Shiki was bottom tier, once again I must WTF!?!?!?!
I'll try to get the magazine or have someone who has the magazine hook me up with it, then from there on I'll put togetehr my own tier list cause me and someone else are makin' a FAQ for SVC CHAOS that we can post of the FAQ's section, however he hasnt contacted me in a few weeks now.
