Game name search!!

I always played a game when i was a child but i don't remember its name and so i thought maybe someone can help me. The game is about three friends a white guy, a black guy with a skateboard and another guy with a bicycle and they fight in the streets. It's a great and very funny game but i don't remember the name I'm posting it here because i didn't know where to so if there is a problem please move my thread to the right place.
