Thats tight dude, congrats on the first pin. I'm still yet to get one, I'm holding out for a dope one from the late 80's.

Can you snap a pic of the playfield? it looks real fun.

Its main attraction is hard to see, it has a roto thing at top that has around 20 prizes to aim for for home runs etc.

Was just googling it and apparently it starred in huggy bears bar in the pilot of starsky and hutch :mr_t:

And it also won Best of Show, Best Electro-Mechanical Machine at the 2003 Texas Pinball Festival. :D You cant get any better than that!!!!

Ok,

I'm pretty sure that I played this last time I was in cooperstown, ny...

It could have been a similar game though.

Damn that pin looks awesome! I usually hate the very old pinballs, but that one looks tops.

Was it expensive? How popular are pinballs in the UK?

£150, which (ignoring the exchange rate) is about $150ish. It was only 10miles from my house too which was a stroke of luck.

Ive been looking out for one for a while but pinballs popularity is soaring again in the UK and lots of bar owners etc are buying them up off ebay. You get the odd bargain but for a newer table your looking at anywhere up to £1000 :eek_2:

If you like grand slam that much bill theres one on ebay.com at the bargain price of $1200 :lolz:

150 UKP is closer to 250 or 300 USD.

Still a good deal.

We had one of these down at the Willows when I was a youngin', nigh these twenty-odd years...ok, I'm still a youngin'.

I said ignoring the exchange rate. When i lived in the states most things were of a similar price to the Uk

eg a CD £15/$15, an Xbox 360 game £50/$50 etc.

Well, ignoring the exchange rate, one dollar is approximately equal to one Japanese rin, isn't it? ;)
