Now, some better read writers than myself (and with a far better knowledge of hentai) have written articles on the issue. At one point, a vague wording in US law did seem to ban underage hentai. As a result, hentai translators changed the supposed ages of characters to 18, and often changed the word "high school" to "college". However, the law is merely vague, and I think if you tracked down the wording on it you'd find it was fairly weak and easily challenged in a court.

To be fair you can't say there haven't been some disgustingly gross pics of real ladies as well. I'm not a fan of any of it but the only difference I see is that the Hentai pics aren't linked.
A number of you are talking bans and thread deletion when I think the only thing that really needs done is to have it all linked.
I'm sure we've all seen the fucking Scat that Merc used to constantly post or the insanely fat chics that I find pretty disgusting, or the bukake etc. THE only difference is the hentai isn't linked. I feel sorry for people who are into that stuff, but those of you asking for bans and deletions are asking for a double standard yourself.

The double standard is that we cant post pics of women, only links. While dudes post nothing but hentai pics of rape, murder, molested children.
Also you gotta always be wondering about the dudes who are into this. I just feel that we should be entitled to enjoy some hunnies aside from links if the hentai is allowed. Especially hentai that promotes the most disgusting faces of death style material.
