Nice double just now. Well it's live or die time for the cubs....
haha oops, he looked kinda young at first glance
if you can afford tickets to a playoff game, spend some money to buy some fucking baseballs of your own.
He's no Jeffery Mayer.
2-3 runs you could blame the fan
8 RUNS, thats just the Cubs choking.
:very_ang: FUCKEN SHIT!! The CUBS were dominating and now cause of a stupid fuck WE LOSE!!!!!!
That is just not right. It wasnt a clean win just a fucken absurd turn of events.

oh well i can say this to cub fans for the 96th time:
"maybe next year!"
Actually, if either he didn't interfere on that play or Gonzalez didn't make that error, that inning would have been 3 runs only. What was a sacrifice fly to get the 4th run, would have been the 3rd out. So he's got some of the blame.Quote:

Is he dead yet?
That's a real stupid comment considering there is still another game to play.Quote:

And I'm a White Sox fan.
The announcers handled it right, that much is for sure...
If Prior, Fansworth, and the Cubs D hadn't imploded after an unlucky event, they still would've won.
Whatever, I just feel lucky to have seen what may be the start of a new "legend". I like the Cubs and all, but I like the Marlins more. ;)
Whatever man your team was getting owned all stupid. I hope the marlins just freaking fail miserably, tomorrow. :mad:Quote:

if you're going to try and insult people, you might want to at least not sound like a total fucking dumbass yourself. i can see you still have the brain of a two year old.
I won't insult any of the teams. At least they're still playing ball...unlike my Diamondbacks :crying:
har har..

   look at the one guy with his hat backward with his hands to his face, looks like he knew he was watching the Cubs world series dreams getting flushed down the toilet!
ps. I hope the Cubs win it all.
Just to be clear, "my team" proved to be offensively impotent in the playoffs and was eliminated in the first round.Quote:

It's like every other "legend" or "curse". Nobody will remember that he still had chances to get Castillo out. And Pudge. And then Gonzales booted it. And Lee could've been set down like every other at-bat this post season. They could've gotten Conine to keep the game tied. They could've gotten Mordecai to keep the game in reach. And they've still got another game...
That's why I was happy to see it. Puts all of those other "curses" and "chokes" from decades past in perspective.
I missed the game. Sounds like it was a 3 ring circus. Surely the Cubs can figure out a way to win one more damn game. Is Kerry Wood gonna pitch tommorrow?
Even if they can manage their way into the World Series, I can't picture them winning one game from the Yankee's, let alone the whole thing. I would like to see it, but I won't be betting any of my money on the Cub's if they make it to the dance.
I will be betting on the Cubs, 1:1,000,000 odds are hard to turn down....give me $3 on the Cubbies!
Lets go Marlins! :buttrock:
Well, here is a toast to a Marlins and Yankee World Series! :D
Next year the teams will be reversed! ;)
It'll be the Rays versus the Mets! :buttrock:
Lets go Rays! :buttrock:
That fan needs to schedule an appointment with a plastic surgeon...like NOW!!! seriously:cool:

Hopefully he can find one that's NOT a Cubs fan :lol:Quote:

Hmm......The Goat went back into the field today. I don't believe inthat curse but damm sometimes it makes you wonder. Hopefullly some fishes will be fried today.
I hate Mayer the day that he robbed that Oriole outfielder from making an out. The fact that he was hailed a hero by the people of New York made me even mad.Quote:

I hope this guy get a serious beat down if the Cubs don't win tonight.
^Who's got the 'My Sig is too big' pic?
ESPN released the guy's name, Steve Bartman, 26, of Northbrook, Ill, if I were him, I'd
1. Move out of Chicago area right away, if not the US
2. Change my first name, probably my last name too

The Cubs should never let Bernie Mac sing Take me out to the ballgame ever again. Pretty stupid to use the word champs midway through the 7th in a 3-0 game.
Damm right! What a fucken idiot!Quote:

Anyways, it's pretty classless to release the guys name, workplace, etc...
Agreed.Quote:

I don't care if he did screw the Cubs, that shit just isn't cool.
And say what you want, but last I checked the fan didn't give up 8 runs in one inning all by himself. If the Cubs got that rattled from one play then they need to stock up on Wheaties and get some guts.:p
With all that being said,I know that there will be one person rooting for the Cubs to win as if his life depended on it!!!
All logic will fly out the window if the cubs lose!!
Hey reader, are you really having a bad day today???
You could be that Cubs fan..feel better???
thought so.

WTF is your problem!? You blaming a fan for ruining the game? If the cubs were good they would not have let 8 runs go by! How about yelling about the shortstop who can't catch a fucking ball.Quote:

IT'S A FUCKING GAME!
Maybe with this fans will be a little more careful and not go on auto catch all the time. I know that catching a ball is part of baseball but damm make sure it doesnt interrupt your damm teams groove.
He fucked up, but its not his fault they lost.
I hear this guy is in a serious state of depression.
He is a little-league coach and a real Cubs fan, from what I gathered on the radio.
Im sure he is more upset with himself than the other fans could ever be.
I know its a game you fuck. I'm also mad at that shortstop for missing the ball like that, but the point is that the fan unknowingly single handedly messed up the awesome groove the CUBS had.Quote:

Again yeah its a fucken game but the point is they havent won a fucken world series in a long ass time. To not be fucken dissapointent is incredible. If you dont give a shit about baseball then get the fuck out. To players its not just a game, its a way of life.

the cubs didnt let bernie mac sing the 7th inning stretch
fox did.
thats why they actually televised the 7th inning stretch for the 1st time this series on tv
if the cubs had their way, im sure theyd just be using a voice recording of harry caray singing the whole playoffs
Heh, didn't think of it that way. But still the Cubs could easily have said no, Bernie aint singing today.Quote:

But I don't think it was Fox who decided to put Mike Ditka on there earlier in the playoffs. That one was the Cubs. My ears still hurt.

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200...on.ap/?cnn=yes
Is he really gonna destroy the ball after paying 100K for it?
