Let's recommend something that actually tastes good, not just shoveling grovel in your mouth for the sake of shoveling grovel :D I'd say go to a place like Applebees. Order a nice cheese stick appetizer, a double meat bacon cheese burger with all the fixin's (or however you like it), some cheese fries, and a nice fat soda (or shake) to wash it down with. Afterwards, get one of those Reese's peanut butter ice cream pie little thingies.
Your toilet will hate you later on that night :)

Except I recommend..... a 22ounce or greater STEAK! Porterhouse to be exact. Maybe marinated with teriyaki sauce... MUST have garlic salt.
Then you need to have a salad appetizer with RANCH dressing. Maybe a side a rocky mountain oysters (or maybe not once you find out what they are LOL. I won't touch them)...... and finish off with 1/3 to 1/2 a cherry PIE made home made..... by your significant others.
Other desserts...... Peanut Butter cookies... or... snicker doodles (spelling?) I gotta get the wife on some of that tonight :D she makes good stuff (I make killer suppers though)

Before I started the change in my diet (which, actually was more like a life style change), I think the last big, greasy, carb laden meal I had was some type of Beefy Nacho's.
I have lost 60 pounds in a little over 4 months and still losing a pound or two every week (give or take some). I certainly don't starve myself, but I am generally careful what I eat. I don't eat potato's at all and generally don't eat much bread at all. I think the largest change to my diet was the complete elimination of all soda and juices. I only drink water and water only. No milk, juice, beer, alcohol, pop (or soda if you prefer) or similiar liquids. Just water and I love it! Also I avoid sugar like the plague and don't eat any type of candy or chocolate or sweet's in general. I sleep better, I feel better, and I certainly look better.

Here are some tasty but good recommendations
Fast Food: If you have a Sonic in your area, go there and order half of the menu. Then get a Route 44 Sprite/Coke/etc to wash it down. For those of you that have been to a Sonic, you know what I am talkin about.
Restaurants:
1. UNO's - Get a Chicago Sampler to start off with as an appetizer (Thats an appetizer including Buffalo Wings, Fries, Huge Onion Rings, Loaded Potato Skins, Cheese sticks, and Chicken Tenders)-Then, get yourself the Fish and Chips dinner for some more friend goodness, and then finish it off with an all american apple crisp for desert.
2. If you live near a La Carreta or Don Pablo's, get two giant burritos stuffed with steak and onions covered in cheese, a cheese filled quesedea, and an echillada with Cheese. All of this covered in cheese, and of course your little helping of sour cream and guacamole on the side.
3. If you live near a Red Robbin, get a pot roast sandwich with everything, and get the BOTTOMLESS fries...as the fried potatoes never end..

i changed my diet and started alot of fitness from January this year and now i am 3 stone lighter alot bigger in the shoulders and arms department and i feel alot better
i run 6-7miles every 2 days and i actually enjoy it, but since i am in my 30's its came with a price
so far i have hypersensitise a disc in my back, almost ruptured my hamstring, torn my calf muscle and my achilles was aching for a long time

If I was doing a last meal I would make it a huge steak/chicken enchilada platter dripping in cheese and sour cream.
The only worthwhile thing about milk is the calcium and Vitamin D. Other than that, it isn't much good for you. Find alternate sources of calcium and you needn't drink a drop.
Only way I drink milk is if its accompanied by some cereal.
Calcium lactate has a pretty shitty bioavailability too. Not the best way to get your calcium intake at all.
Not only that, humans aren't suppposed to be drinking milk after Puberty...there are plenty of other sources of Calcium. We're all lactose intolerant after a certain age, only to different degrees.
Add to that all the hormones they're adding to our milk...you've got a zillion reasons not to drink it anymore.
Order the large pies from dominoes with all the topping and the buffalo wings, cheesy sticks, and whatever else they are selling at the time. While you wait for that to arrive, make sure you stop by mickey d's and get yourself a huge triple thick choco shake.
Heart attack special!
I recommend 2 Xtra large pizza w/ "Jalapeno peppers" (I will not be responsible for the stinging sensation on the other end after consumption) topping & garlic saucesss--I recommend Papa John for it's greasiness. It maybe a bit pricey, but they add generous amount of cheese, unlike Dominos (thanks to that, it's standard pie is actually low-fat)--taste much better too. Don't share it w/ your loved one. Shove them all to your greedy mouth. Don't forget to add diet pepsi. Or reg bear or soft drink, if you want to get fatter.
And try this: This was my fav food during my college days, and I would order 2 of them, and eat one whole pizza for lunch or dinner, then sleep. No need to put the other pizza away in a fridge, because you are going to finish them in the next meal--all in my bed, while I played games or watch TV. That was my idea of relaxation, when I had a craving for some greasy stuff.
BTW, thanks to the intake of such food in such large quantity, & those testy peppers (helps you purge the food quickly, & your bottom may shout "we didn't start the fire"), you will no doubt think about eating healthy for a change--at least for few days anyways.
My apologies, but from my experience, it maybe hard for you to get really "fit" in the long run, if your into that lines of "my last meal". Personally, it's a wrong mentallity. You have to change your life style. And what you eat is not as important as how you exercise. Exercise is the greater factor. Ok, last year, when I lifted like crazy & dieted, my body was in peak condition. But now a days, I eat pretty much eat what I want to, and still in fairly good shape, because I exercise alot. Unfortunately, the atkins diet is probly the worst thing for your circulatory system ever...and you shouldn't stay on it for more than a year---at the MOST.

On topic, I'd say you should roll on down to a Waffle House, and order one of them big assed 14oz Porterhouse steaks, with a double side of hashbrowns scattered smothered and covered, two or more fried eggs over medium, and some Texas toast drenched in butter.
If you've got any room left after that, head on over to Hooters and order yourself a plate of 50 hot wings dripping in hot sauce along with a couple of cups of Ranch to dip them in, a nice big bowl of curly fries, and a tall cold beer to wash it all down with.
