2) Angel and Masuka having very little depth. Yes, we know they both like tits. Yes, they can't keep a relationship going. Yes, they do their job adequately and predictably. But is there any actual character evolution in five years?
3) Dexter having seemingly 36 hours in every day. Honestly, he has the time to put in a full workday while either sitting in the office or driving around the entire town to crime scenes, do independent side research, trail his potential victims, AND spend quality time with his son including the ritual of putting him to bed. How many fathers out there can put a kid to bed with all the crap he does in under two hours?!? What about actually dispensing his victims, prepping the room, cleaning it up and removing all evidence, chopping up the bodies, then dumping them in the ocean and still having time to tend to Harrison at home?
The show is still watchable, but if this is another season without major character changes, it's going to be mediocre just as Seasons 2 & 3 were.
