Jesus Fucking Christ.
I heard about this - people need to chill and stop seeing things that are not there.
I think the reasons people bring this stuff up in the first place are to get a rouse out of you and just get attention in general.
rofl.
How about all the other RE games where all the zombies were white, RACIST, XENOPHOBIA…
It was kinda hard to tell, they were decomposed so much --- may have been cobbled together like Heaven Smiles for all we know. :spock:Quote:

If the game does anything it bolsters the hatred of black zombies already present in the well-established hatred of zombies in general. It teaches us that no matter what color they are on the outside, flesh-hungry reanimated dead people are really fundamentally the same, and should probably be avoided at all costs. When the zombie apocalypse comes, I'd like to think that mankind will band together regardless of race or nationality in the name of preserving the future of humanity and the safety of our precious brainmeats.
Secret Attack: String up a zombie and drag him down a dirt road with your F-150!

*sigh* I knew this was coming one way or the other....and its simply just stupid. Being an African American, im really fucking sick of my fellow "brothas and sistas" always trying to play the damned race card. What I saw as a new setting and movement for the series is being turned into a fuss that doesnt need to be made. The way I was seeing it IMHO is that the way the story goes is this:
The company behind the "virus" in 4 suffers major financial loss due to the interference of Leon. A new strand of the "virus" is created and being sold off to the highest bidder, which so happens to be this African Militia who wants to use the "virus" to control the people by instilling fear in them, basically offering salvation/a cure if they bow to the will of the Militia's leader. But the leader soon finds that he cant control these things and the population is being overrun OR somebody else behind the scenes (hint hint) is secretly controlling the people and using this nation as a gigantic "test zone" for the new strand of virus. Chris just so happens to be mixed up in all of it....but will find out that the horrors he faced back in the US are linked to the hell he is facing now.
Just my take on things.
So im sorry, but FUCK these people trying to start trouble over nothing.
O.
Of course, it's like everybody and their mother is screaming racist these days. It has blown out of proportion, humans have been fighting and hating each other because of color/age/sex for ages, people need to stop being melodramatic.Quote:

Hmmm... aren't all Resident Evil titles rated "M" by the ESRB?
Zombie equality now!
i dont understand how black people have all this time to complain? shouldnt they be working?
oh wait... welfare..
I'm glad to hear the T virus isn't racist. :emb:
The article made the point that RE games aren't necessarily targeted at children.Quote:

KILL THE NIGGA BITCH!
Just kidding, maybe hit her in the face with a breezeblock or something, the daft cunt.
No Mushiki, it's ok for them to make outlandish statements about something they are uneducated about!Quote:

Though everything would be just fine if it were black people in military clothing killing white zombies! Sure racism was a cruel institution but people need to move the fuck on. The funny thing is that many people are clueless of the fact that slavery ran rampant in Africa as well back in the day, and many of the slave owners there were *gasp* Africans themselves. Reverse fucking racism. Nothing pisses me off more than black people (or white) that still complain about slavery today. We are living today, not a hundred years ago. Fuck.
Please give me a hug.
This game isn't racist....
Capital Punishment is: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20072722/site/newsweek/

Is RE5 racist in your opinion, or are you just commenting about the intolerant people we have on this board in general?Quote:

lets just imagine for a tiny second these zombies where jews or gay, or arab - or all of the above. how weary would we be in those cases?
I don't know, I'd prefer killing rich people than poor people but that's just me. or nazi zombies.
I don't care myself, I know where I stand, and it doesn't look racist to me, it's not like they are stereotyping blacks or africans in a racist manner, or out to purposefully offend. but then it can offend some sectors of society, and within reason, they may have legit grievances with the way these zombies are portrayed. as long as it's an inteligent argument then why not?
More people looking for a reason to bitch. No one had a problem with the bad guys in RE4 being Mexican. Get a life folks.
So we can't have black zombies?
We can't have black Jesus either.Quote:

Seriously, though... black people need to chill. If she wants to really look at some ridiculous media racist shit.. go watch the trailer for "Who's your Caddy?"... then she can open her cockholster and complain.
Should it even matter if you're killing jews, zombies, gays, asians, indians, native americans, europeans, canadians, etc in a video game?Quote:

In the case of RE5 the people you are killing are africans, but then again - they're already dead, they're zombies and you're killing them because they are zombies - not because of the color their skin or the place where they live.
I don't mind killing in videogames, because it's pure fantasy and typically so unrealistic, and my brains accepts it as such. I would have a problem if games dealt into things such as torture or rape though, that's uncalled for in my mind.
Hell, i think i've even killed children in a video game, in Vagrant Story, but they were very scary demon/ghost children who tried to stab you with knices :tickled:
