It's up to about 2.99 for regular unleaded in most places around town. I'm with Magnaflux though, bring on 5 dollar gas. I'm prepping the bicycle for the summer.
$3.85 Supreme.

It'll take some pain to get these damned SUV's off the streets and lower our consumption, no argument there.
Again, to those outside the US with high gas prices your governments tax it to high heaven so look to your ruling body for condolence there. I have no sympathy (or empathy). Besides that, we've absolutely no public transit where I am. Still our consumption should be reduced in my opinion.
It has been up and down between $3.05 and $3.35 per gallon of regular for the past month or so around here.
Work is about 15 miles away. School only about 5. Plus the Tennessee hills.Quote:

$3.17 for Regular last time I checked/filled up.
5500 Pesos
that's like 2,1 - 2,3 dollars a gallon :blow_top:
I'm paying $3.11 for premium. The average is about $3.30.
People in the US may be interested in this. It will display gas prices for stations in a given area. Interesting stuff.
i don't know, my mac and it's local gas price widget are at home.
3.18 a gallon for premium? i dunno i don't care enough to pay attention to it, i just fill her up and go. people who whine and complain aren't cut out to be drivers.
$2.99 - $3.09 depending on where my tank stops. :emb:
i've thought about selling the burb...but i just can't bring myself to do it, that's my baby and always will be.
call me stupid but i love my truck :)
its a $1.25CAD/Litre for premium.....for you americans theres 3.8 litres in a gallon, so ya you guys do the math, its sucks needless to say.
It's $3.45 to $3.50 a gallon for 87 octane (regular) where I live. So stop all yer complainin', beeyatches. $30 gets me somewhere around a half a tank, tops.
And to the foreigners, how far is your commute though? (Especially the guy from Switzerland.) We're more spread out in the States.
Yeah, no less than $3.50 for 87 octane around here.
heh, i wish $30 would get me a half a tankQuote:

Anywhere in Canada you're looking at over $4 a gallon for regular.
I'm kinda with Magna here. I'd be willing to pay more, or just not drive for awhile it it would stop people from buying gas guzzling SUVs and cars. If the demand goes down, the prices will too.
I am of the belief that people should never live more than 10 minutes from their work. The closer the better. If you could walk to work, imagine the money you would save on gas, the benefit to the environment of one less car releasing those emissions per year, the exercise, and the TIME you could save to enjoy on your own.
Yet people think a cheap apartment 40 minutes from work is a good deal. Time is worth so much more.
To todays exchange rates we pay $8.57 :blow_top:
Nottingham UK
Bout $3.10
don't have a car.
i hope it gets up to $5/gallon.
$3.30.
It's $3.80-4.00 around here.

In a small country, that might be easy. But when you're in a big spread out place like the US and Canada, it's a bit more difficult to live close to your work.Quote:

Gas prices are extremely high in Europe because not only to most countries there rely entirely on imported petroleum, many governments there impose very high taxes on consumers. Here in California, gas is far more expensive than most places in the country, but if you consider this state has one of the highest tax rates on gas (about 50¢ per gallon), you can begin to understand why.
If I lived close to my work, i'd be robbed and shot regularly for being white in the wrong place.
Maxwell AFB is surrounded by the worst part of Montgomery, and I can't live on base.
$3.49 for regular in southeast Michigan. Its nice to see our price is higher than practically everywhere else in the country. :blow_top:
i have to agree aswell..crackheads and all round ignorant individuals make it impossible to walk or ride a bike to work from where i live.
and its $3.15 a gallon..
and thats highway robbery if you ask me.
I'm at $3.39 for the medium grade shit. I refuse to put the cheap shit in my Acura....
meh, my truck drinks the cheap stuff like its going out of style...i'd hate to see what it does to mid or even premium *shudders*Quote:

What kind of Acura do you drive?Quote:

Do you have a methyl/water setup?
EDIT: if not you surely should look into it and squeeze some more MPG out of your engine.
Maybe $3.07 for 87 octane.
Can anyone tell me the differences between the three octanes? Is it true some of the fancier cars NEED the best octane or whatever?
I just don't get it, HELP ME KIM.
I drive so little anyways I have to fill it up every 15 days or so.
$2.96 NE-PA
$3.08, and that's the cheapest within a 25 mile radius. We drive like muthafuckers up here.
At least I don't have to feel alone anymore for having to drive 44 miles to work one way. I'm itching to move.
Yesterday it was $3.49 today it's $3.38 in cental Ohio.
I don't really notice the prices, but all I really care about is filling my gas tank with about $20.
Average cost of gas in Metro Phoenix is $3.09. Cheapest I've seen is $2.969 for regular and the reason is that particular corner has 3 gas stations and are in a gas war ($2.969, $2.999 and $2.999) and none of them have budged on the prices in the past couple of weeks (any PHX members, it's at 48th St. and Baseline Rd.)
Me...23 miles to and from work...walking 2 miles to the bus stop and taking the Valley Metro for $34 a month ;)
