I don't see what the big deal is.
The only thing that might make this more attractive is using the 120gb HDD for DVR uses and even then you'd have to take into consideration how much TV you watch. The current HDD is more than enough for XBLA and game saves.
Other than that, it's in an ugly black color with HDMI. Big fucking whoop. I doubt I'll be buying a TV larger than 37' and even then, 720p through component will do just fine.
