Actually, I haven't really lost my gut... but my chest and arms are stronger than ever, stronger than when I was taking a weight training class in college even.

The only way I've been able to keep the fat off my stomach is to walk a few miles a day, and I haven't done that in a long time unfortunately.

You want to lose your gut. Cardio at least 5 times a week plus lots of veggies and no suger. Thats the only thing that will do it. The core is the hardest part of the body to target. But with persistence it will go so keep working at it.
