It doesn't mean the movie is a failure or a piece of shit- just that you hate it is what counts.
Mine:
Titanic (James Cameron)

I fucking hate Crash 2005.
Bullshit lie,it is.
B-
Independence Day
The Matrix (any)
Art School Confidential
Windtalkers (or just about everything John Woo has done in Hollywood)
The Village (ditto for Shamaladingdong)
Can't think of too much else.
Message in a Bottle with Robyn Wright-Penn and Kevin Cosner, the whole premise is creapy and has this wierd stalker like vib, has very very bad acting andd my #1 for worst movie of all time. I can't take one good quality from that movie, my girlfriend at the time we saw it even hated it.....
Good call.Quote:

Lost In Translation

There's probably more, but those are movies I'll generally get into fistfights with fans over.
I dont see how anyone can not like musicals.Quote:

Any movie that involves hot teens having Dance-offs! In fact any movie that has hot teens having any sort of face-off, be it in cars, boats, or on space hoppers.
any matrix film - complete arse. cant stand it
those stupid 'ITS ONNN' dance off movies that spinmaster stars in
any film with a comic book character in, spiderman 1, 2, 3, 8, any...
any modern film with zombies in
any deep film that has no ending as such and you have to work it out
I don't 'hate' the movies, and I respect them for they where made and the production values are outstanding, but on a simply a movie watching stand point, does anyone here agree with me that the Lord of the Rings movies are a bit boring and over rated? I'm sure many many people will disagree, as with many of my friends do, but I just never could realy get into 'em.
Lost in Translation
The Village
Armegeddon
Mission to Mars
Inside man, starring Denzel Washington and having one of the most retarded premises ever for a bank robbery.
Peter Jackson's King Kong
X3: The Last Stand
CGI Movies that took the place of good ol' animated features
Walking Tall
The Scorpion King
Defintely more, but I like to forget horrible experiences.
Lord of the rings is a bit over rated, but not boring if you're watching the original length cuts on DVD.Quote:

morgan freeman films, the same applies for denzel washington
STARRING - MORGAN FREEMAN, AS ........HIMSELF...
but with denzel washington its the stressed guy maybe with glasses on who loses it and has 24 hours to prove a political hypocracy is about to happen and somehow the president is in danger of being assasinated and its denzels job to prove this is a massive coverup and somehow nuclear war might be involved too.

Lord of the Rongs........just too long and a bit knob.
Once Upon A Time In Mexico.........worst movie I paid money to see.
The Cell
The Ring
Anything Quentin Terrantino
Episode II - Attack of the Clones
While Darth Maul saved the first of the prequels, this piece of shit doesn't have any redeeming qualities whatsoever.
Quality went up a bit in the third one, but I'm not sure if that's because the movie was any better or the fact that, coming after Episode II, just about anything would look good (having the two droids fondling one another while Obi One looks on while smiling quietly to himself would have been more enjoyable than the second film).
Hahahaha. This has been a running joke amongst my friends for some time.Quote:

I can't believe movies like:
The LotR trilogy
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Lost in Translation
The Royal Tenenbaums
Made people's lists.
and worst of all..."Anything Quentin Terrantino" was mentioned.
I can't say there are many movies I despise but there are a few that suck really hard. Any "romantic comedy", "chick flick" and dumb ass films like anything staring the Rock normally drive me nuts...
Napoleon Dynamite
Lost In Translation
The Royal Tenenbaums
Mamoru Oshii's Avalon
All of those shitty chick-flicks with 2 word titles. I assure you that one of the 2 words will always be in bold, while the other one won't. Design at it's best...
... I'm sure I'll think of more.
I'm with with the Loopzter and Kern-0 on this one. though I enjoyed Spider-Man 2 to a large extent (just didn't dig the romance at all).
there is alot of crap out there. some pap is worth watching for no other reason than because it stirs real emotion (hate, disconfort, disbelief).
I don't think any of you have hit the bottom of the well though - try harder.
Matrix 2 and 3 though.. wow. fucking shit.
Incredibly boring.Quote:

I don't know, they're rather deep films. I don't know if I'd call it gay.
Possibly....

Lost in Translation
Rushmore
Napoleon Dynamite
Requiem for a Dream
Gladiator (in fact, most Russel Crowe movies)
Most movies with rappers in it (few exceptions)
Most comic book movies
Anything with Steven Segal, Jean Claude, Chuck Norris, and most Arnold the Govna Schwarzenegger movies (save for the original Terminator and a few others)
I feel the same wayQuote:
