The truth is, you need a HDTV, Broadband, Xbox Live and a huge budget to remotely enjoy the 360...
EVERY game I've seen on the demo units look exactly like the current system...
Sony is putting forth a great effort to make the BEST POSSIBLE gaming system, and already has established enough hype to sell a few million with the launch a year away...

After all the Gamecube offered abit more power but we only seen an advantage from one game "Resident evil".

Live is not that expensive to play on and chances are that if you own an Xbox 360 and pay for broadband monthly, you should have enough to pay for Xbox Live as well. Xbox live is a great way to play online games and completely worth it.

PS3 has already played the game of chess right and is already set up for an easy victory. between 360 using old DVD media and having shared video memory, and not having the main hand when it comes to online play means that microsoft is just making a console. It's not the winning the console, and they don't have anything that their competition doesn't have better. Early to rise, early to bed. I predict a Dreamcast-like early fate for Mr. 360.

Sony stated that the PS3 Graphics chip was a cut down version of the 7800gtx
Now, the 360 chip is supposedly an upgraded version of the 1800xt (which is easily on par, if not better than the gtx)
The PS3 also has half the ram.....
