WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!! THE ELECTION WORKED OUT GREAT!!!
Well, I had a big post a while back about voting no on 74, 75, and 76 in the special election in California.....and actually had a lot of people on this board telling me they should all pass.
Well, THEY ALL FAILED!!!!!!!
Teachers are better off, firemen are better off, nurses are better off, policemen are better off, and California is better off.
Me personally, I am LOVING IT!!!
Everything definitely worked out for the better for the people!
anyways...to those hating on teachers...
....WOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! :buttrock: :buttrock: :buttrock: :buttrock: :buttrock:
Oh Lagduf, your idealism makes realists sick.
The State of Missouri only had to pay teachers 18,000 a year
I'm going to be fucking rich :chimp:
To be fair, most districts pay considerably more then that.
But then again, I didn't choose this profession because of the money.
OMG LIFE IS UNFAIR /ME LISTENS TO LINKN PARK

I was of 3 out of 216 to get hired during my interview process. Would you want to be out in that pool with all of those "life starting bills" at the age of 30?
So what? No job will guarantee to a free ride for the rest of your life.
Strung along? That's bullshit. People with kids/mortgages/car payments get laid off every damned day in other professions.
It's not the 1950's anymore.
PS, they paid the teachers for the work they did, how is that 'stringing along'?
