I accidentally clicked on one while looking for drivers for a device in the office.... how do I report this fucking scumbags to the government?

I didn't either, but it was disturbing none the less... google drivers for a lrt3840 (it's a laser radio terminal) one of those results which looks like drivers....

Call the FBI or your local police department (if you have an idea where the server is located), and they'll take things from there. Iirc, the FBI usually handles these things.
