My one friend can out bench almost everyone, but he's a pretty fat fella, too. Tell us a bit more. I say take some time off... maybe a week if you're not already doing so. If it's THAT important to you, take creatine for a few cycles. (EDIT: just read the other posts after this one. Creatine is a natural substance found in red meat and other foods. It is actually to help strengthen the bones, but also adds to muscle as well. It helps store more water in the fibers, giving them a bit more of a boost. However, the "side effect" I don't like is it makes you a tiny bit bloated looking, as it stores water under the skin. However, it does make you look a slight bit bigger, and helps in the strength department. I, myself, don't take the stuff anymore, but did for a few months. Made me a bit sick to my stomach, to be honest.
Finally, if you're doing all of that, try to lift "heavy", but more often. If you want to do 205 3X12 (which is a lot, even for me with that many reps), try to cut it to 3X10 for a while. Or, better, yet, do 225 3X10. Keep in mind you also need to show your body new things to grow. Do flies. Forget bench for a month. Do cables, flies, pec decks, under hand bench... anything to give your chest a new look. Try super sets of 10 on bench, then quickly 10 flies with pretty heavy weight. You'll plow through your goals in no time.
Let us know how it goes, and good luck! If you like, feel free to even PM me or call me, if you wish. I know the rest here will help out, too.
