Yeah, Telegames are just plain stupid. I'd love to meet someone who is honestly dumb enough to pay £1,100 for MOTW

However, if you contact Telegames most of the stuff they list isn't in stock. Their games are supposed to be new as well, their ngcd stuff, hard to tell with AES carts because they don't come shrink wrapped.

I thought I'd got one over telegames recently when I saw a copy of md yu yu hakusho up on their site for 40 squids but it was gone.

I don't buy any AES stuff in the UK anymore, full stop. Import, import, import - that's the way to go!!

As far as I know they're the only three stores that sell AES in any sort of quantity. CEX in London sell some carts too... but not on-line.

videogameimports.com are _ok, I mean they have a nice selection of neo carts at half decent prices, but I had a little trouble with them around christmas time due to a broken snaplock case in postage..

they got very funny via email, and after 5 months decided to change the case, at which point I didnt have the game anymore.

All CEX had the other week when i went there was a Jap KOF2000, which that had kindly left in the window to fade in the sun with a couple of PC Engine games. Final Soldiers cover was practically white! Some people have no respect!

last time i when in to CEX i was talking to the guy behind the counter and he said they have quite a turnover of neo stuff they seem to have different carts every time i go in there (except they ALWAYS seem to have jap copies of SS2 and SS1!!!!) got a very nice condition one for £20 ($£30) actually! they are the best place to actually buy carts from (at a reasonable price) other than that it's ebay / neostore / neoayto all the way!

PS anyone got a legit busta move again (MVS) (English) they want to sell???

Not only those in the UK...

Then take a look at this German video game store called konsolen.de, a.k.a Atari HQ:

Video Game Source - Neo CDs (prices are in Euro).

The guy who runs the shop frequents eBay very often and almost always sells "new, never used" NGPCs... I won one of those NGPC auctions (ocean blue NGPC with Sonic), for a very reasonable price, but the system was far away from being "never used"... I hate these shady ppl.

You'd check eBay Italy... I once saw a MS3 with a first bid of $400 and told the seller he could easily buy it on the Neo Store for something like half that price...

Well, he pretty told me "fuck off" so we started some flames through e-mail...

It was funny...

Hehe, I did this once, with a now very infamous guy from Germany who started a long-term auction of MS3 US one day before it was officially released by the Neostore. I found it fishy, that's why I wrote him..

He asked a fukn heap of money for it, much more than the regular Neostore price...

Guess who this moron was?!

Ah well an infrequent world of dumbasses seem to abound.

No matter sooner or later they either leave or catch on like most n00bs would. :D

Telegames UK is awful.

One thousand quid for Pulstar AES? Ridiculous, although AES is not the way to go in my opinion. MVS all the way.

FYI, they have World Heroes Perfect and Ultimate 11 each listed for a mere 1 Pence. Could this be a mistake? ;)

I e-mailed telegames and asked them if they were going to updated their price lists, i reeived an e-mail back asking

'What was wrong with the price lists' apparently they are all correct and are set at market value

I noticed the prices that ravensgames had listed for all their games, so i conducted a little experiment, i offered them 6 carts (all fresher than fresh mintie mint):

Miracle Adventure
Sonic Wings 3
Gan Gan
Sengoku 3
Metal Slug 3
Dunk Dream

I was expecting at least £250 for Sengoku and Slug 3, but i was only offered £305 for all the games together, so i really thought hard but i decided to say no

Touch decision i know

UK sucks, and not CD games are not going to be that expensive. Whoever pays for a game like that, that kind of money is total moron.

Went into Computer Exchange London on Saturday and they had loads of AES stuff, at least 2 shelves full, maybe more, prices didn't look to bad either, i think i saw motw for either £450 or £550, i don't know if thats good or not cos i don't buy AES stuff. They had a good lot of Neo CD's as well, pretty good prices, i bought 7 brand new sealed games for £35.

Good? Those prices are horrendous!! That's like $700 for a $400 cart!!!

Good catch with the cds though! I walways found them to be reasonable and well stocked on NGCD stuff, although they want too much for the hardware :(
