Why No Kyo3 in KOF Game?

Can have him as X, or the 01 Costume, am I right?
Maybe in KOF2003, but he's dead!
I hope there's a KOF Special, and Kyo3 must be there!

we don't need another Kyo running around there is already Shingo, we've gotten saysu, He had his 95 version along with his 96 version in one or two of the games, and we had 3 clones. No more Kyo play alikes.

If anything they need to bring back Orochi Iori as a secret character...that or switch him with the "Another Iori" costume, I still say thats badass.

Yep kyo is my idol to. Oh and check out X in the kof 2002 comic incase no one seen it. He's dress like Igniz plus he has four extra arms like doctor octopus
