In different timeliness, Greg is Future LoneSage. But so is wasabi. I am LoneSage Prime. Without me there are no other LoneSages.

Crazy coincidence, but my parents opened my first bank account for me when I was little too. Can't say for certain I was 6 at the time, but I was old enough to go seal clubbing - a popular Scottish past time. I think I desposited two rocks and wish bone, with interest that was enough to purchase my first bag pipes when I was 8. What was the first thing you bought?

Well I had a bank account when I was a kid too, but it really wasn't in my name. I got my own first bank account in 1996.

I got my first bank account when I began college as a freshman. I never really had enough money to need one before that.

It might have incited me to study accounting in 2 years at school. I think back, I don't know why I didn't use what I learned to get a job to pay for the last 3 years of college - probably because I couldn't find a job in that field at the time.

Then you have what they call the unbanked - people who don't have checking accounts and use cash, payday loans, and money orders to pay bills.

In different timeliness, Greg is Future LoneSage. But so is wasabi. I am LoneSage Prime. Without me there are no other LoneSages.

I've had several bullies in my life, and I have discovered they admire and respect you; they just have a caustic way of showing it - they don't know how to express their feelings. The above post proves you're ok in my book.

Got my first account when I was who gives a fuck.
That's so punk!

That's a very broad statement and quite an assumption to think that all that are unbanked use all of the above methods you described. It's certainly a stretch to assume all that don't use the banking system for savings and loans to utilize payday loans.

Are you going by personal experience, regional usage or your local meth dealer?

Better question: Your parents started you on bank account at age 6. Do any of your family members still maintain and manage your finances?

Same kind of thing for me, got my own in high school at some point when I had a shite retail job. Didn't get my own CC (but had debit, no overdraft allowed) until I was almost done with college though, which is a good idea I think since it teaches you to manage your money.

They got him one when he was 6, did nothing with it, now he's 40+ years old still living at home.

Humblebrag fail.

The more he talks about his parents the more I see they were retarded, too.

You're confusing gregn w/Fannycommander. GregN actually has his own home, but still relies on his dad. FC ls a grown man and still relies on his parents.
