The best place I know is planetdreamcast.com/orochinagi/ and go to KOF'02 forum. In their is a stickied post of KOF'02 match vids from all over the world. There's a retarded amount of them but you can save time and check out the Japanese ones which are crazy.
KOF Cyberfanatics have a lot KOF'02 combo vids as well.

AAAAhhh! a gameplay thread. Long time no see.
I know that the arcadia magazine's strategy guide is very useful (for japanese readers). You can also look for the gameplay DVD (also made by arcadia magazine). You can understand it even if you don't speak japanese). Very clear and progresive. You start with the basic rules and moves then you can see bigger and bigger combos.
