I used one of the Sega Saturn's CD drive gears for his lower chest and a couple of components (transistors/capacitors or whatnot, hell if I know) for the back of his lower chest and for the black/silver exhaust system on his back. Basically, anytime I need a "robot-y" looking small part and I'm too lazy to sculpt it, I crack open my broken Saturn and rip something off.
