ST-V Cases and Inserts?

I never got into shockboxes for my MVS because they've always stacked/lined up nicely on their own and with end labels showing. Atomiswave games, on the other hand, really did need something extra to me. Now, I'm a big fan of the case/insert info provided at Loopyeddie's joint. So, it dawned on me that ST-V games neither stack nor line up well at all. Has anyone looked into/come up with a functional case for ST-V games? And then, they'd of course need nice inserts. Is this a project any of the gifted insert making folks here would be into? Just a thought.

Nope? If it helps, I tried modifying the insides of one of those thick EA Genesis cases, and it looks like those will then hold ST-V carts too. Not as plug-and-store as AW, but a start.
