I've only ever played Gowcaizer a handful of times via emulation. From memory it was terrible, thus why I probably overlooked this. Is it as terrible as I remember?? (like 2 frames of animation per attack etc)...

It's not going to blow you away but it's by no means a bad game.

I lump it in with the likes of Galaxy fight and Kizuna.

Ok. I'll have to give it a proper go sometime in the future, but unfortunately I don't physically own a copy myself and don't have the means to emulate at the moment.

Also, your not the first person I've seen refer to Kizuna as a (if you will) mediocre title. I've always really liked it myself, but it is it generally regarded here in the community as just that: mediocre?

And steal other charas' specials. This can make or break a bout, really nice option IMO.
