When using the Unibios, is it possible to set a game in AES mode to run with no censorship (Japanese mode I guess) but with English text? For example play Metal Slug with "red blood" in English?

That's pretty much Euro mode.

Should euro mode not work a lot of games will let you set the blood on in the soft dips and still work in aes mode.

Slug series in anything but jp region is still censored.

It's actually governed by the soft dips. For Metal Slug games, set red blood in the soft dips and it will fix AES mode.
