Problem with Kof 2003 cart

I recently got a KOF 2003 cart which has issues. The graphics are all garbled. The sound and everything is fine and it appears someone has worked on it before. The game logic works fine however.

Yeah, I don't want to be negative about someone's work, but some of those solder points look really bare. I'd redo them if I were you. Can't say for sure if that'll fix the problem, but it definitely won't hurt. Just visually, a few of those points likely aren't getting a solid connection.

It looks like you need to have the cmc chip replaced.

That’s the big smc on the chafio board right? Where would I be able to get a replacement?
You would have to end up saccing a KOF 2000 OR 2001
I'm pretty sure I have a spare chip by itself..probably more readily available than this pcbs I promised as I'm still sorting through them but it's not going to be cheap.
