I was a prolific poster on neogeoforlife.com 20 years ago. Just found some sort of backup of those forums and went down memory lane reading stupid threads I started.

Anyways, does anyone know what happened to the guy who ran that site, Kazuya_UK? Is he still around on neogeo websites somewhere or did he fade into obscurity? He seemed to be really big into the neo at the time and was a good guy.

The site still exists on Facebook as a group, as does SNK-Capcom.com.

As for if Kazuya_UK is the guy still running it, couldn't say. Another old timer Lee Gray is an admin though.

He still seems to be around in some way and as for NeoGeoForLife, it turned into Neo Geo Forever. You could certainly gather more info asking the guys on there, they still seem to keep in contact with Kazuya_UK, given how he recently granted them permission to use the old reviews.
