For the most part my Japanese low serial number AES works great but there are some small issues.
To be fair when I bought it the seller said it has small display issues.
I only have 2 games at the moment so here are my observations with WH2 Jet.
1: On the NEO GEO boot screen there is a black artefact (small) on the top right. The same on the 100 Mega Shock screen.
2: On first level USA level when there are flashes - like when you win or lose, the screen jumps for that split second of the flash.
3: On the Russia state, the top part of the screen where there is the energy bars and timer is partially distorted, like wavy.
I tried two different CRT's and two different RGB cables. So the issue is def not the TV or RGB cable.
