Man I'd love to have dreamweaver at home... oh well. Took me forever to tweak it to look like that. If I had frames I wouldn't need to split stuff up into pages but we haven't been taught frames yet.

The Font tag is your friend as are spacer gifs...

Use frames for the inside pages instead of loading the whole thing again. Its a pain in the ass to get working right, but it saves browsing time and makes the page load smoother.
