MVS MV-1B Missing Component "U4" Need to Identify

Hello all, I am working on restoring an MV-1B and have come across a missing Component "U4" in the Main 24MHZ clock area (Solder Side). It appears to be either a Transistor (MOSFET) -or- possibly a Schottky Diode/Switching Diode. Trying to ID the part or get a part number to order a replacement.
