Looks like the Dynamo HS25 (25" monitor). The HS1 is the same only with a 19" tube.

It was pretty common to see fighters (SF2 etc) in these.

It is, the corner cut and blue lines around the glass are the dead giveaway. Red lines were also used.

I believe the only dedicated game cabs were Samurai Shodown 2 and Irritating Maze for mvs IIRC

The Hyper Neo 64 had a couple dedicated as well.
