Hi,

Just for sharing some projects i've been working on the past few years to help fix my buggy MVS carts.

First is a mod of the ADP-054 adapter for the GQ-4X programmer. It has been upgraded to be able to read in one pass the Toshiba maskroms TC533204AP (32Mo, 8bit) & TC5364205AP (64Mo, 16 bit) use for some V-roms and C-roms respectively. Current work (but in pause mode for now) is to add the possibility to burn MX29L3211 and MX26LXXXX SOP44 roms.

- Adaptateur 16/8-bit pour eproms DIP40/42 et maskroms Toshiba TC533204AP & TC5364205AP

Always handy, the pinouts of the common eproms/maskroms encountered in neogeo carts.
- Pinouts maskroms neogeo (TC534200CP, TC538200AP, TC5316200CP, TC5332205AP, TC5364205AP) & eproms DIP40/42 (27C400/800/160/322), & SOP44 (MX29L3211, MX26L3220/6420/12811)

I've also made small adapter to read the 28/32 pins S-roms that recquires a shunt to be read or burn on the GQ-4x. As well a TC533204AP adapter to read the 32Mo V-roms directly on the GQ-4X as they are 8bit eprom. And also my previous adapter to read the TC533204AP & TC5364205AP using the adp-054 adapterfor the GQ-4x.

- TC533204AP (32Mo, 8bit) & TC5364205AP (64Mo, 16 bit) adapter for ADP-054 adapter

To help me fix some game boards, i've mapped the CHA256 and CHA512 boards with their jumpers configurations

As a bonus for PC-Engine addicts, to avoid ruining a PCE pads for various project, here are some control adapters for 1 and 2 players

I use this burner an adapter quite Abit so to option to be able to burn the files over to the smt's would be cool.
We need some dip adapters that will fit within the cartridge shells real nice.

I've designed my own 44pin-dip adapter for the SOP44 eproms but didn't got them produced for test yet as i want to be sure that the GQ-4X can handle the MX26LXXX first. I already now that i can read MX26L6420 with a modified APD-019 adapter piggy-packed on top of the custom ADP-054 but not sure about programming them yet.

That's why i did not list the DIP adapter in the first post.

The idea with the adapter is to mount them the SOP44 eprom and then burn it on the custom ADP-054 adapter. Then snap off the two extra pin and reconfigure the jumpers to mount it on the cart boards.

Here is the link MX26L3220/6420 to DIP44/42 adapter. There is also a alternate version to add support for the MX29L3211
