KOF95 juggle question

In the video below you see Kyo doing a sweet little juggle. I've tried for the last 2 days to do it and I can't get it to work for me. Can anyone offer any help ?
I know the moves required to do it, just doesn't work for me.

It's pretty easy. Start with QCF D, D. After the first 2 hits, continue with QCF B, QCF D. After the first QCF D, D...you do not do the motion ONCE and hit the buttons twice.

Instead, you do the motion everytime you connect a hit. The combo seen in the video was performed like this :

C -> Qcf D, D -> Qcf B, Qcf D -> Rdp D

If you do it correctly, Rdp D will connect.

Also, this is an infinite when within a stipulated distance. One of the easiest infinites in any game I guess.
