I havent seen a king sprite edited with long hair for mugen,
also Mugen would be a hazzle to put in a vs display with the characters names.
The Backgrounds look shody so Im willing to say it doesnt look official still interesting.

These are fakes, the guy who did these admitted they are fake.
And anyway, King of Fighters 2004 was announced for Atomiswave, while it is easy to notice that the backgrounds and front layer (lifebars, power gauge, text) are in low-resolution and low color depth, something we have already seen changed in NeoWave.

Isn't Neo Wave the 2004 KOF? Even its 2002 with less characters.

About the only thing we do know so far is that Neowave is not KOF '04. It may end up being the only KOF we get this year (bedides '03, heh), but it is not " '04". '03 ended with a cliffhanger, and Neowave does not continue from it.Phil ver0 (TFF) said:

The backgrounds have been made from real life images that where edited on Adobe Photoshop.
Shingo cant do fire. he isnt Kusanagi related. or Yagami or a NEST clone.
kof neowave isnt kof2004. Kofs get made around this time. Neowave is a dream match type kof for the atomiswave system...
