Given the bad press Jeff has gotten and the fact that it seems like he wants to turn everything around I figured I'd post about the great experience I just had with him. Every e-mail I sent to him was responded to within a day and more often than not within an hour. He met everyone of my anal requests (boxes, japanese versions ect.) He also shipped the Items EMS the day or day after I sent him the money.
All around he was a friendly guy and understanding when I told him I was a collector as well as a gamer.
PS I've got a Hyper with all four fighting games now.
