I am sick of seeing all this Bush hating, the guy is doing his best, you got to give him some credit, I mean it dont matter where your from be it Texas or Germany, as long as you do your best in the "white house"
Bush is a good man, he worked for his position, if he had some narcotic runin, thats in the past and not one president is a model, or has been, a perfect political figure, and also in the moralistic dept.
I am a republican, I am not biased but I will give democratic presidents there respect if they do there job right, and Bill Clinton's famed, Sex favors from monika puts are country to shame, so give Bush some credit damnit! We havent been nuked yet!
Or as Bobak used to call the white house.
"the wight house"

To me it looks like Republicans favor the working class as democrats tend to favor the non-working class. Non working people always whine and complain.

Damn Iori, if you keep buying everybody beers, at this rate you won't have any money left for games! By the way, the six you said you'd buy me in the dodgeball thread? Just get me a Miller Lite double deuce and I'm cool...

I'm not the biggest fan of Bush, but I hardly dislike the guy because he hasn't really screwed things up enough to dislike him. Besides, he hasn't been in office long enough to send anything to hell just yet.

What amazes me about the "Bush-Bashers" though is the fact that they just so conveniently overlook all the bullshit Clinton got away with, yet Bush hasn't been in office that long, and they've already got it figured out that they hate him. Of course, and again, I don't wanna sound like a broken record, but when you take into account that the enitre media is liberal controlled, and there was "Bush-Bashing" going on even before he got in office, you can't really blame people for instantly disliking somebody because they've been conditioned to do so.

I don't hate the liberals, there's quite a few liberal minded people out there who I think are pretty cool, and they make a lot of very valid and strong points in their way of thinking. Who I hate are the media bosses who, it seems, set out to articulate people's minds and feelings through what appears to be harmless entertainment. If a person becomes a liberal through soul-searching and doing their homework on social and political events, that's one thing. But unfortunately, there's a whole flock of sheep, or Lemmings if you will, in this country who take on liberal thoughts about things because that's "what everybody else is doing". Hey, if TV portrays something or someone being a certain way, it just has to be true!

If you are a Democrat, please read....

How to be a GOOD Democrat

Virtually anyone can be a Democrat, just simply quit thinking and vote that way. But if you want to be a GOOD Democrat, there are some prerequisites you must have first.
You have to believe the following:

1) That the AIDS virus is spread by a lack of federal funding.
2) That the same teacher who can't teach 4th graders how to read is somehow qualified to teach those same kids about sex.
3)That guns, in the hands of law-abiding Americans, are more of a threat than U.S. nuclear weapons technology in the hands of foreign countries.
4) That there was no art before federal funding.
5) That global temperatures are less affected by cyclical, documented changes in the earth's climate, and more affected by yuppies driving SUVs.
6) That businesses create oppression and governments create prosperity.
7) That hunters don't care about nature, but loony activists from Seattle do.
8) That self-esteem is more important than actually doing something to earn it.
9) That the military, not corrupt politicians, start wars.
10) That the NRA is bad because it supports certain parts of the Constitution, while the ACLU is good because it supports certain parts of the Constitution.
11) That standardized tests are racist, but racial quotas and set-asides aren't.
12) that Hillary Clinton is really a lady.
13) That the only reason socialism hasn't worked-anywhere it's been tried-is because the right people haven't been in charge.
14) That gay-pride marches should be constitutionally protected and manger scenes at Christmas should be illegal.

For all Democrats, read the next post before flaming me. Mercedes

If you are a Republican, please read this....

GREAT BUSH

As follows is the first draft of DUbya's inauguration speech:

My fellow Americans, its about fucking time. All you liberals can just kiss my big, white Texas ass if you think I'm gonna spew a boatload of bipartisan bullshit. Let's set the record straight here. I won, dammit. Hell, I won FOUR OR FIVE TIMES, you stupid bastards. We got the Presidency, we got Congress, and by the end of four years we'll have even more of the Supreme Court. The Republicans are here, and we're gonna show you how it's done.

Ya'll want me to reach across party lines now? How 'bout I reach across and bitch-slap all your sorry-liberal-monkey-asses? How'dya like that? Don't get me wrong here. The sense of satisfaction I'm feeling right now isn't that I've won. It's that I won't have to listen to AL GORE bitch and moan about "letting every vote count". The only reason this went as far as it did is because you democrats have a playground crybaby as your poster-boy, and I for one am glad I won't have to see him on TV anymore. This might sound snippy, Mr Gore, but as we used to say in the sandlot.......LOSERS WALK!!!!

As I said in my campaign, I promised to be a president who focuses on education. My first task as President will be to start an educational program for all you Florida-idiots who can't tell your elbow from your asshole or how to poke a stylus through the right hole. I don't get you liberal Democrats: when we're talking about Bill Clinton and some office whore, you say that lack of penetration doesn't count; but when it comes to ballots, lack of penetration DOES count.

You want a solution to this program? Take some Viagra, you old farts, and finish what you started next election. Until then, I want to ask you just one question: "Who's yer daddy???"

And so I humbly accept the office of President of these United States.

Thank you and God Bless America.

For all of the Republicans out there, read the last post before flaming me. I just try to entertain you guys before you start flaming each other in this thread. Mercedes

About time someone pointed about good things about George W and didn't just complain that they don't like him.

I personally think Bush is dumbass. He talks about this tax cut, and blah, blah, blah. How the hell is he going to get the money for all this ? He stole the election, and he is not worthy of the title president. Gore won the popular vote. He's just out for his sneaky rich friends. Not for my honest midde-class rank. And I'm tired of Rush Limbawe (Don't know if that's how you spell it), and all of those radio hosts talking about the "Democrat Theory". I'll give him a chance, because he just got in office, but I still stand by my statement, George Bush is a dumbass. By the way I'm from Texas also.

bush is a complete horse's ass, up in the ranks with dan quayle. he's already made up 3 words:

offensable (said this during a speech about how he found the SNL skits about him "offensable")

misunderestimated

voucherize (said this on a talk show when he was talking about the new voucher system for the U.S. education system for priv. schools)

The guy is a complete idiot, but then again, would you be that smart if you were a cokehead?

Amen to that...
I agree 100% if Bush served a 4 year term and messed up royally, then I could see it.
I see all these topics by Bobak trying to defame Bush, just plain biased.
